Small Groups

Small groups are a supportive way for students to meet with the school counselor outside of the classroom environment to discuss and learn about different topics. These groups will include students in similar grade levels and will meet for 20-30 minutes, once per week, for six weeks.  These groups are designed to promote positive peer relationships and encourage students to work through similar issues together.  The groups are ongoing throughout the school year and are based on teacher/parent request and student needs.  Please contact me if you would like your child placed in a small group.

Small groups offered during the 2015-16 school year are;

-Stressbusters
-How to Deal With Anger
-F.I.S.H. (Families in Separate Homes)
-School Attendance Matters
-Friendship Lunch Bunch
-Being the Best Me
