Classroom Guidance
Throughout the school year I visit all of the classrooms to provide classroom guidance lessons. These lessons allow me to connect with every student in the building and teach important lessons relating to the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) standards of academic, personal/social, and career success. The classroom guidance topics are based on the following character traits that teach and model significant life skills for our students;
September: Respect
October: Empathy
November: Kindness
December: Peacefulness
January: Responsibility
February: Self-Control
March: Perseverance
